Adding slides to the PowerPoint Assembly

You can select which individual slides to add by viewing a PowerPoint storyboard, or you can add all the slides from a given PowerPoint presentation at once by selecting the presentation.

When a slide is added to the PowerPoint Assembly, the information displayed with it is from the original presentation from which the slide came.

Note

You may only have one copy of a given slide in the PowerPoint Assembly. For example, if you choose to add two presentations to the PowerPoint Assembly that both contain the same slide, that slide will be added to the Assembly only once.

To add all slides from a presentation to the PowerPoint Assembly:

To add a selection of slides from a presentation to the PowerPoint Assembly:

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Select the presentation’s Properties icon.

    • Select the presentation and select View > Properties > Storyboard.

    • Select a parent presentation and select View > Relationships.

  2. Select the slides to add and select Edit > Add to PowerPoint Assembly.
