All video files (parents and sub-clips) will have certain metadata available in the Video Details, such as start and end timecodes. In addition, video metadata and properties may be extracted, based on custom attributes and the video format.
The Video Details dialog contains tabs which access all metadata and properties for the video. These include the following:
Info — Information that is normally included for all object types, such as name, title, keywords, authors, lock, version, and file size.
Extended Info — Information about the video standard, frame rate, and timecode. Also allows you to edit timecode information for sub-clips.
Permissions — Usual object permissions information.
History — Usual object history information.
Storyboard — Series of thumbnail images that represent the contents of a video file.
Text Tracks — Textual descriptions for segments of a video file, such as closed captioning and transcripts.
IP Rights — IP Rights that are associated for a video file.
Sub-clips — User-selected segments of a video file that are treated as related objects. This tab is only available for parent video files and is not available for video sub-clips.
