The Performer Types node allows you to create a list of performer type names that you can use when assigning performer type templates to the system, a publication, or a section. A performer types template identifies which users or groups of users will perform each role within an editorial workflow.

A list of all performer types for the system is displayed when you select Administration>Publishing Manager>Performer Types.
