You can use the PowerPoint Assembly Find More feature to search for presentations and slides that you may add to your PowerPoint Assembly.
Slide objects that do not reside in the chosen locations may be returned in the search results. A PowerPoint search returns anything that meets the search criteria in any specified locations, plus any related slides to those PowerPoint objects no matter where they are located. For example, a folder is created in the Cabinets/System/Applications/PPT_Assembly/users/ folder with your username. All slide objects that you create (that is, slides from PowerPoint presentations that you import) go in this folder. These slide objects maintain a relationship with the parent PowerPoint object.
When searching for presentations and slides you have the option of searching:
A list of repositories and locations. This lets you set the search locations to multiple repositories, multiple external locations, or a combination of both.
Current location only: This searches the repository and cabinet or folder that you were viewing prior to viewing the Advanced Search or PowerPoint Assembly.
