Digital Asset Manager’s Advanced Search dialog contains options to search for an intellectual property right and all of the files and supporting docs that have been assigned that right.
To search for files with assigned rights:
On the Digital Asset Manager main page, click the arrow next to the magnifying glass icon, and then click Advanced. The Advanced Search dialog appears.
Select rm_ipright (or one of its sub-types) as the Object Type to search for.
Enter or select any properties to search for.
Click Search.
The search results appear with any intellectual property rights that fulfill the selected properties.
Select an intellectual property right from the results list and click its associated Properties icon.
In the Properties dialog, tabs appear for Assets and Supporting Documents that have been assigned to the selected intellectual property right.
