Collections behave similarly to other Documentum objects. Once a collection is found, select the collection to view it. The contents of the collection appear in the file list. From here you can manage the contents of the collection or download the contents. Alternatively, you can use the Collection > View Collection menu command to find a collection in the repository.
The collection view contains a list of renditions. The same object may occur more than once in the list, in order to specify more than one rendition of each object.
Each item in a collection has an icon, indicating its availability status. The icon will contain one of the following indicators, according to its availability:
Green bullet () means the selected rendition exists in the repository and is available.
Yellow bullet () means the selected rendition format does not yet exist in the repository. The format will be available pending a transformation.
Red bullet () means the selected rendition format does not exist in the repository, and the system is unable to perform a transformation.
When viewing a collection after first adding content to it, the status indicator should be green for all items. It is only after performing transformation requests that the status indicators may change.
