Document storyboards are generated for Acrobat PDF and Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation files automatically upon import or checkin, depending on your system configuration.
PDF and PowerPoint storyboards consist of a low-resolution thumbnails representing each page or slide in the file. In addition to viewing the thumbnails in the Storyboard, the thumbnails themselves are stored as separate objects for the parent object. This means that each slide or page is a separate rendition of the parent file, and can be reused and reworked like other renditions.
To view a storyboard for multipage documents:
Navigate to and highlight an applicable multipage document.
Select the Properties icon or View > Properties > Storyboard.
