Building a new PowerPoint presentation

When building a new presentation, you can select a template to determine the look and style of the presentation. For information on adding PowerPoint Templates to your repository, see Adding a template for use in the PowerPoint Assembly. If you do not select a template, the slides in the new presentation appear with a blank background and no specific formatting. Note that some templates might change the formatting of slides so that they run into template backgrounds, run off the page, and so on. In this case, it may be necessary to edit your new presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint.

The order of the slides in the new presentation will be the order in which they were added to the PowerPoint Assembly. You can change the slide sequence using Microsoft PowerPoint once the new presentation file has been created.

Note

New presentations can be created only by using all slides that are currently in the PowerPoint Assembly.
