A download enables you to download the entire collection as individual files or as a Zip file (Windows or Macintosh format).
Caution
You can only download a collection if all of the items in the collection have a status of status of green (
), meaning they are available on the repository. To select alternate renditions of items in the collection for download, see Downloading a collection with transformations (Download As).
To download a collection:
Navigate to and view the contents of a collection.
Select the collection checkbox in the file list and select Collection > Download.
Select a format for downloading the collection and click OK.
Select a name and location for the file or files.
Click OK or Save.
The collection files or Zip file is saved to the selected location.
