The PowerPoint Assembly can be viewed at any time, even if it is empty. This enables you to use the PowerPoint Assembly’s Search feature. For more information on searching for PowerPoint presentations and slides from the PowerPoint Assembly, see Searching for presentations and slides.
You can sort slides according to a variety of criterion. Sorting applies to every slide in the PowerPoint Assembly, not just what is shown on the current page.
To view the PowerPoint Assembly:
Do one of the following:
Select View > PowerPoint Assembly.
From a PowerPoint Storyboard or Active Preview, click the View PowerPoint Assembly icon:
If desired, To sort the slides, choose one of the sort options:
Slide Title: Sorts by the slide name.
Original Presentation: Sorts by the name of the slide’s original presentation.
Owner: Sorts by the owner name.
Modified: Sorts by the modified date in ascending order.
